Land quilt, 50″ x 68″. Hand quilted in the Summer of 2020. This piece was a collection of cotton remnants that were hand dyed using both indigo and turmeric to achieve the various colors. It reminds me of a bird’s-eye view moving between irrigated and arid land. Photographed at Wilcox Wall in Seattle, Washington.
